Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? We understand.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing it.

  • Cancellations made after this period will incur a 15% cancellation fee, as your custom jewellery may already be in production.


Partial Payment Option

We offer a flexible partial payment plan:

  • Start with a 20% deposit

  • Pay the remaining balance before shipping

Shipping Information

All our jewelry is made to order, crafted with exceptional care and precision.

  • Production time: 10–12 business days

  • Delivery time: Typically within 15–20 business days from the order date

We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide. For all international orders, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number for full order visibility.


Important Notes

  • All shipments are fully insured until delivered. A signature is required upon delivery.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Pear Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
